Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 egg whites
  • 400 g powdered sugar
  • 500 g ground almonds
  • 4 packs of raisins (rum raisins)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat egg whites until stiff and mix with all other ingredients. Drop small heaps of dough onto the baking sheet using 2 teaspoons and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
