Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sift flour and mix with salt and baking powder. Then add the egg and mineral water until a firm dough forms. Shape the dough into two dumplings and place them in boiling water. Let stand for about 30 minutes. Finally, boil for another 2-3 minutes! Remove immediately and cut into pieces, otherwise it will collapse again!
