Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg leek
  • 1 shot of dry white wine
  • 1 ½ dl chicken broth
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 large onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Slice the leek into rings and wash thoroughly, sauté with the onion, and season. Pour in the broth and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the wine and sour cream and let it reduce briefly.
