Whole-grain cookies without egg with stevia

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 250 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
  • 40 g Stevia
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 small bottle(s) of rum flavoring
  • 4 tbsp water, warm, maybe a little more
  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix softened butter with whole wheat flour, stevia sugar, vanilla sugar, rum flavoring, and warm water. Once the dough is smooth, add the oats, sunflower seeds, and raisins. Form into small balls and flatten slightly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15-17 minutes, depending on how brown you like them.
