Spread the love

Ingredients for 60 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp liqueur (almond liqueur) or lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 150 g almond(s), ground
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 3 drops of bitter almond flavor
  • 200 g chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Whisk the fat, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until frothy and the sugar is dissolved. Mix the almonds with the flour, fold in, and then add the remaining dough ingredients. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Then fill it into a piping bag with a large nozzle. Pipe any shapes you like onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Chill for another hour to help the cookies keep their shape better. Then bake at 170°C for about 12 to 15 minutes. If you want to put the cookies through a meat grinder, reduce the liquid by half. Cover half of the cookies with chocolate coating and let cool.
