Small pig's ears with coconut and Nutella

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry (ready-made puff pastry)
  • 150g Nutella
  • 15 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 22 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 32 minutes

Not just for Advent, but also for in between!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. First, roll out the puff pastry and spread it with Nutella, ideally using a knife. Roll it up from both long sides to the center. Then place this roll in the freezer for about 30-60 minutes to make it easier to cut. Now carefully cut 0.5 cm thick slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake these for about 15 minutes in the preheated oven, sprinkle with desiccated coconut halfway through the baking time, and finish baking. A special treat for kids; they’re absolutely crazy about them. These Nutella cookies will be gone faster than you can restock.
