Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g rice
- salt water
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 pack of Tomato al Gusto with herbs
- some salt and pepper
- some sweet paprika powder
- some paprika powder, hot
- possibly chili
- possibly garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
simple and variable, delicious with pan-fried dishes
Cook the rice in salted water. Dice the onion and bell pepper and sauté them in a little water until al dente. When the rice and vegetables are ready, drain the water and combine them in a pot. Then add the packet of Tomato al Gusto and season. This dish goes perfectly with meat skewers or other pan-fried dishes with tzatziki.
