Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g butter
- 70 g peanut butter, unsweetened (fine or coarse with pieces
- 70 g flour
- 40 g buckwheat, ground (or regular flour)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 80 g sugar and 4 tbsp caramel cream (ready-made product)
- 50 g dark chocolate, melted
Instructions

Cream the butter and peanut butter with the sugar and caramel cream until fluffy. Combine the flour, buckwheat flour, and baking powder and mix with the buttercream for at least 1 minute. Wrap the dough in cling film and shape it into a log and place it in the freezer for a few minutes, or refrigerate for longer. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). When the dough is firm enough, cut approximately 5 mm thick slices from the log (makes approximately 12 cookies) and bake for 10-15 minutes. Once cooled, cover with melted chocolate.
