Vanilla quark cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 ml oil
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 tbsp vanilla pudding powder
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the oil, quark, flour, and baking powder, and mix with the milk to form a batter. Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
