Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- ½ pack of cream of tartar baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 180 g butter
- 150 g cane sugar
- 1 packet of pudding powder (caramel flavor)
- 2 eggs
- 15 pieces of confectionery (Toffifee), small chopped
- 10 pieces of confectionery (Toffifee), halved for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Sift the flour and mix well with the baking powder and salt. Melt the butter and mix with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and pudding powder. Beat the sugar and butter mixture with a mixer for about 3-4 minutes until creamy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix into a smooth dough. Finely chop 15 Toffifee cookies and mix into the dough. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Use a teaspoon to scoop out small portions of the dough, shape them into balls, and flatten them on the paper. Then, to decorate, place a halved Toffifee cookie on every other cookie and lightly press it into the dough. Bake at 180°C for about 8-10 minutes.
