Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 g peanut butter, crunchy or creamy

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Mix all ingredients into a dough. Knead by hand if possible. Form small balls and flatten. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them (about 20 cookies will fit on one baking sheet), and then bake in the oven until golden brown. This takes about 15 minutes.
