Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, cream flavor
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 lemon(s), grated peel
  • powdered sugar
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cream the softened butter and sugar until fluffy, add the egg, and mix well. Add the flour, baking powder, pudding powder, and lemon zest and knead on a board until a smooth dough forms. Fill the dough into a piping bag and pipe rings onto the prepared baking sheet fitted with a medium star nozzle. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 10 minutes. Once cooled, drizzle with lemon glaze (mix the icing sugar with the lemon juice to make a not-too-thin glaze).
