Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 liter of water
- 50 ml lime juice
- 10 mint leaves, washed
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 pinch of salt (hibiscus)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 cardamom pods, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Nimbu Pani
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir well. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about an hour. Don’t skim off the spices when serving; simply serve with the lemonade in a glass.
