Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 pkt. double cream cheese, lactose-free
  • 1 pkt. sheep’s cheese, lactose-free
  • 2 tbsp, heaped Ajvar, e.g. hot or mild
  • 1 garlic clove(s) or garlic granules

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour the double cream cheese into a tall bowl. Mash the feta cheese with a fork and add it to the cream cheese. Press the fresh garlic through a press, add it to the cream cheese along with the ajvar, and blend everything. I serve it with fresh ciabatta or flatbread.
