Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1 pot of basil
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean, wash, quarter, and deseed the tomatoes. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Pick, wash, and finely chop the basil leaves. Peel and finely dice the onion. Mix the tomatoes, basil, onion, and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. WW – Total only 1.5p
