Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • Sugar according to package instructions
  • ½ liter of water
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 pack of ready-made lemonade mix (Quick-Orange)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Cook the vanilla pudding with 1/2 liter of water and sugar according to the instructions. When the pudding is ready, add the butter and stir in the Quick Orange. Let it cool slightly, then pour it onto the cake base. When everything has cooled and set, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and spread it on the cake.
