Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ liter meat broth or instant broth
- Salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 50 g soup vegetables (frozen)
- 400 g potatoes, peeled, diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
For the microwave
Combine the broth, salt, bay leaf, and vegetables in a glass bowl, cover, and bring to a boil for 5 minutes at 500/650 W. Add the potato pieces to the broth and cook for 10 minutes at 500/650 W.
