Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 spring onions
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 sprig(s) of thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml white wine, dry
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper

perfect with meat and fish

Wash the spring onions, trim off the top and bottom ends, and cut into 5-10 cm long pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Chop the garlic and pluck the thyme. Briefly sauté the vegetables, add the garlic and thyme, pour in the white wine, and let it simmer briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This is enough for me. It’s the perfect side dish for tuna steak, but also for pretty much any other meat or fish.
