Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 vegetable onion(s)
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can of corn
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 300 ml broth
- 2 cans of tomatoes, chopped
- garlic powder
- Salt
- chili powder
- Paprika powder, hot
- 200 g spirelli or other pasta
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the onion and bell pepper. Drain the beans and corn. Heat the oil, sauté the onion, and season with chili and garlic powder. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Deglaze with the broth and tomatoes. Add the beans, corn, and bell pepper and season with salt, chili, and paprika. After about 10 minutes, add the pasta and simmer for about 10 minutes.
