Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 5 slices of brown bread or wholemeal bread
  • 10 slice(s) of jerked beef or bacon
  • n. B. cooked cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter or Alba oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bruschetta with cooked cheese and dried meat

Fry the jerked beef in butter until crispy, then remove from the pan. Add the bread slices to the used pan and toast on both sides. Remove from the pan and spread with cheese, if desired. Place the jerked beef on the bread and enjoy.
