Cream cheese dip with red onions

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g double cream cheese
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 ½ packs of herbs (frozen 8-herb mix)
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Dice the red onion into small cubes. Avoid chopping it by hand, as this will release too much juice, which will also affect the flavor of the dip. Place the onions in a bowl and mix them with the cream cheese and a little milk. If you prefer a thicker dip, replace the milk with cream or omit it. Finally, add 1-2 packets of herbs to taste. Tip: Refrigerate overnight to allow the onions to release their flavor more effectively.
