Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in a little lemon juice. Then gradually add the sugar. Immediately transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper to form pretzels. Let the pretzels dry in a preheated oven at 130 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes. The pretzels should not brown! If you like, you can also use food coloring. These slightly different pretzels are ready!
