Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 7 large potatoes
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • n. B. Nutmeg
  • 2 shots of milk
  • some butter or margarine (approx. 1 tbsp)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple

First, peel the potatoes and halve them if necessary. Then rinse them under running water and add water to the pot. Season the potatoes with about 1 teaspoon of salt. Boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes until soft. After cooking, drain the water and add the butter or margarine and milk. Take your hand mixer and mash the potatoes first, then turn it on – ideally on the lowest setting to start. Season your mash a little to your liking. Just be careful not to use too much of anything. Be a little careful with the pepper and nutmeg. And with the salt, too, of course. Finally, mix everything together again with the mixer and then your mash is ready to serve.
