Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tbsp garlic puree
- 6 shrimp(s), ready to cook
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- some parsley or chives
- 100 ml cream
- 150 ml white wine, dry
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Sauté the shrimp and garlic, add the chives and parsley, and deglaze with the white wine. Bring to a boil. Add the cream, bring back to a boil, and season with salt and pepper.
