made quickly
Peel the kohlrabi, carrot, and potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces, then boil in salted water for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, season the ground meat with salt, pepper, and paprika and form into small meatballs. Fry them until browned all over, then remove from the pan. Finely chop the onion and fry in the pan until translucent. Dust with flour and deglaze with vegetable stock. Stir well to avoid lumps. Pour in the cream, heat through, and allow to thicken. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and other spices. Finally, add the vegetables and meatballs and stir. Optionally, garnish with chives.
