Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 2 tsp cinnamon sugar
  • 1 tsp honey, liquid
  • 4 speculatius cookies

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

simple but very fine

Blend all ingredients in a small blender, then spoon the cream into dessert bowls and serve. Garnish with banana slices and/or an extra cookie, if desired.
