Plum-hazelnut-chocolate cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g chocolate shavings
  • 60 g prunes
  • 20 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 80 g butter
  • 140 g brown sugar
  • 20 g honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of vanilla sugar
  • 175 g flour
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

for a flat silicone baking pan, makes about 16 cookies

Chop the dried plums. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat) with a baking tray. Cream the butter and sugar with honey, salt, and vanilla until creamy. Then add the egg and mix everything well. Combine the flour, cocoa, and baking powder with the cinnamon and stir in. Finally, fold in the hazelnuts, chocolate, and plums with a spoon. Form about 16 balls from a heaped tablespoon of the dough and press them into the shallow baking tray. Flatten the balls slightly, especially on the sides. Place the tray on the baking tray in the lower third of the oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Then remove the tray and let cool for at least 10 minutes. Carefully remove the cookies from the tray and let cool on a wire rack.
