Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 large cucumbers, roughly diced
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ vegetable stock cube
  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients (except dill) in a pot and cook until the cucumbers are soft. Add dill at the end. Serve with mashed potatoes.
