Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 kg sweet potatoes
- 600 g chicken breast fillet(s) (3 pieces)
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- 1 pinch(s) of seasoning salt for French fries
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- chili flakes
- Fat for the mold

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Grease a baking dish with oil. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). Peel and slice the sweet potatoes. Season with potato seasoning salt and place in the baking dish. Place the baking dish in the oven. Brush the chicken breast fillets with a marinade made from oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Cut each mozzarella ball into 3 slices and place 2 slices on each chicken breast fillet. After 20 minutes of baking, place the fillets on top of the sweet potatoes and bake for another 30-35 minutes. Serve with salad. Thanks to my colleague Kamil for the recipe.
