Banana-ginger milk with coconut and cinnamon

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 piece(s) ginger (size according to taste)
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • Cinnamon
  • some honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Break the banana into pieces and place it in a blender. Then pour the milk over it, then add the desiccated coconut and, if desired, a little cinnamon. Cut off a small piece of ginger (about the size of your thumbnail – depending on your taste) and peel it. I then cut it into small pieces and added it to the blender with the other ingredients. However, if you don’t want any ginger pieces in your drink, you can also grate it. Blend everything thoroughly. I always vary the speed from the lowest to the highest. Finally, pour the liquid into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon. Tip: If you like it sweeter, you can add a little honey.
