Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 650 g pumpkin(s)
  • 100 g banana(s)
  • 10 g dark chocolate
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 100 ml water
  • 250 g gelling sugar, 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 49 minutes

A slightly different jam

Peel, deseed, and finely chop the pumpkin. Boil it in water for about 20 minutes until soft. Add the gelling sugar, banana, chocolate, and nutmeg, blend with a hand blender, and let it boil for 4 minutes. Then pour into twist-off jars. This makes about 4 small jars.
