Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g quark
- 200 g mascarpone
- 250 ml cream
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
- 100 g chocolate, white
- 160 g powdered sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tsp cocoa powder (sweetened)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with white chocolate shavings
Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff peaks form and finely chop the chocolate. Stir the quark, milk, mascarpone, and powdered sugar into the cream. Now add the chocolate pieces, take a small portion of the mixture, mix it with the cocoa powder, and set aside. Fill dessert glasses first with the base mixture, then top with the darker cream and refrigerate. Decorate and enjoy.
