Cookies with strawberries and white chocolate

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g butter
  • 600 g brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 pinches of salt
  • 4 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 800 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 400 g white chocolate
  • 500 g strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix the butter and sugar together. Add the salt and add the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour and baking powder together. Gradually stir in the mixture. Stir in the yogurt. Chop the white chocolate and cut the strawberries into pieces. Carefully fold both ingredients in. Using two teaspoons or an ice cream scoop, place small mounds onto a baking sheet. Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for approximately 15-20 minutes.
