Pizza Bolognese

The perfect pizza bolognese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dough:

  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 P Dry yeast
  • 6 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 200 ml Warm water

For covering:

  • 400 g Minced meat
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 500 g Sieved tomatos
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • 1 Can Corn-Pea-Bell pepper mix
  • 200 g Grated cheese

For the dough:

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl.
  2. Add the dry yeast and mix.
  3. Add oil, salt, sugar and warm water and knead everything well.
  4. Cover the dough and keep it warm for about 30 minutes until it has visibly enlarged.
  5. Knead the dough again, roll out into a rectangle and place on a baking sheet.

For covering:

  1. Sear the minced meat in a pan, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with a little flour.
  2. Add the pureed tomatoes and stir.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  4. Drain the can of corn-pea-bell pepper and add.
  5. Spread the minced meat mixture on the dough.
  6. Spread the grated cheese on top.
  7. Bake at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
