Pizza Bolognese
The perfect pizza bolognese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dough:
- 400 g Flour
- 1 P Dry yeast
- 6 tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 200 ml Warm water
For covering:
- 400 g Minced meat
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 500 g Sieved tomatos
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- 1 Can Corn-Pea-Bell pepper mix
- 200 g Grated cheese
For the dough:
- Sift the flour into a bowl.
- Add the dry yeast and mix.
- Add oil, salt, sugar and warm water and knead everything well.
- Cover the dough and keep it warm for about 30 minutes until it has visibly enlarged.
- Knead the dough again, roll out into a rectangle and place on a baking sheet.
For covering:
- Sear the minced meat in a pan, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with a little flour.
- Add the pureed tomatoes and stir.
- Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Drain the can of corn-pea-bell pepper and add.
- Spread the minced meat mixture on the dough.
- Spread the grated cheese on top.
- Bake at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
