Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 300 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g hazelnuts, whole

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Whisk the egg yolks and powdered sugar until frothy. Fold in the hazelnuts and chopped chocolate. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes. Shape into balls and place on greased or parchment-lined baking sheets, pressing a hazelnut into each one. Place in the oven. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
