Creamy polenta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g corn semolina
  • 60 g Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp butter, cold
  • 500 ml water
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For the polenta, bring the water to a boil with 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Gradually add the cornmeal, stirring constantly. Bring the porridge back to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Grate the Parmesan cheese and finally stir it into the polenta with the butter. Season again with salt.
