Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 150 g margarine
  • 60 g sugar
  • 30 g almonds, ground
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100 g chocolate icing or couverture
  • 50 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Make a dough from the listed ingredients and roll out to about half a centimeter thick. Cut out cookies using a cup or glass and brush with egg yolk. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. After baking, cover the edges with chocolate icing or chocolate coating and roll in desiccated coconut.
