Chia chocolate pudding

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tsp, heaped cocoa, unsweetened
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp almond flakes
  • 2 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 13 minutes

Place the chia seeds in the desired container. Mix the milk with the cocoa and vanilla sugar until no lumps remain (heat briefly if necessary). Pour the cocoa over the chia seeds, stir thoroughly, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Toast the almond slivers in a pan over medium heat until golden brown. Add the sugar, wait until it melts, and mix everything together. Sprinkle the almonds on top of the pudding to serve.
