Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5 large potatoes
- salt and pepper
- 1 pack of spinach, fresh or frozen
- 50 ml cream or sour cream
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
as a side dish
Peel the potatoes and roughly dice them. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the potatoes with a little salt and pepper and fry until golden brown. Then add the frozen or fresh spinach and simmer gently. Add the cream, mix everything together, and fry briefly. Finally, season with salt and pepper. This dish is a wonderful accompaniment to meat or fish, or simply serve the spinach potatoes on their own for a lighter snack.
