Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 packs of cream puffs (cream puffs), frozen
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 500 g quark (non-fat)
  • 1 can condensed milk, sweetened (Milkmaid)
  • 500 g strawberries, fresh, optionalmore

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 35 minutes

Lay the profiteroles flat in a glass baking dish or similar container and thaw in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours, or at room temperature for about 2 hours. Combine the mascarpone, quark, and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl until smooth and spread over the profiteroles. The mixture can also be spread over the still-frozen profiteroles. Then top with the chopped strawberries. Katja prepared this recipe as a dessert on Monday, March 6, 2023, on the show “The Perfect Dinner” – Day 1 of Celebrate Women Week.
