Finely chop the meat. Mix with 2 tablespoons of vegetable stock powder and place in an oiled roasting pan. Spread the cream on top. Cut the leek into thin strips, place on top, and then add the sliced mushrooms. Dice the onion and bacon and sauté in a pan, then let it cool and add it to the mushrooms. Mix the cream with about 1 tablespoon of vegetable stock and pour over it. Place the roasting pan in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Then cook with the lid on in the oven at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for about 2 hours. As a side dish, prepare the rice according to the package instructions.
