Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter, soft
- 1 tbsp lavender flowers
- 2 tsp rosemary
- 2 tsp basil
- 2 tsp parsley
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp balsamic cream
- 1 dash of lemon juice
- 1 pinch(s) chili powder or paprika powder
- 2 pinches of pepper, coarse
- 1 tsp pink sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes
Grill butter for grilled meats, fish and sautéed dishes
Please let the butter soften at room temperature. You’ll need to take it out a little earlier for this to happen. Combine the honey, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice with the butter and whisk until the mixture is nice and soft and creamy. Then stir in the rosemary, basil, parsley, and lavender blossoms, and season with chili or paprika powder, cracked pepper, and pink sea salt. I poured the butter into a regular ice cube tray to freeze it, but you can also roll it up with cling film or freeze the butter in any other shape.
