Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 100 g yogurt, Greek
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tomatoes, finely diced
- 3 tbsp basil, freshly chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- Sea salt
- Pepper, freshly ground

for raclette, fondue or simply for dipping – made in a flash
Combine the crème fraîche, yogurt, and cream cheese. Fold in the tomatoes and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. This recipe is also great for using up leftovers. Depending on what you have left, you can vary the amounts of yogurt, crème fraîche, and other ingredients. If you don’t like it quite as creamy, simply use crème légère and low-fat yogurt. Optional: You can also stir in some finely diced sun-dried tomatoes. Or, if you have them on hand, season with basil salt instead of sea salt.
