Mango vanilla quark dessert à la Dani

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 mangoes, ripe
  • 500 ml low-fat milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the mangoes, cut out the flesh, and puree finely with a hand blender. Take a little of the milk and stir in the vanilla pudding mix and sugar until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, stir in the pudding mix, and let it simmer for one minute while stirring. Remove the pudding from the heat and stir in the quark until smooth. Now take four glasses and alternate between the mango puree and the pudding-quark mixture. Depending on how ripe and sweet the mangoes are, you can vary the amount of sugar.
