Raspberry-banana shake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g raspberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • e.g. crushed ice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with yogurt

Sort the raspberries and wash them if necessary. Peel and slice the bananas. Set aside 4 slices of banana, drizzled with a little lime juice, and 4 raspberries for garnishing later. Place the remaining fruit in a tall glass and blend until smooth. Add the yogurt, honey, sugar, and lime juice and blend well. If desired, add some crushed ice to glasses and fill with the shake. Serve garnished with a skewer of banana slice and raspberry.
