Soy milkshake strawberry – banana

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ liter soy milk (soy drink)
  • 10 strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

ideal for hot days and cow’s milk allergy sufferers

Peel and halve the bananas. Place them in a large mug. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and add them. Add 1/2 liter of soy milk and the honey and blend with an immersion blender until no lumps remain. Divide between 2 large mugs and enjoy. Tastes even better chilled.
