- 200 ml olive oil
- n. B. herbs, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with olive oil. Season with herbs and pepper. Marinate the meat for a good 2 hours before further preparation.
