Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g margarine
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g quark
  • 70 g brown sugar
  • 1 bag(s) pudding powder, vanilla
  • Sugar granules

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

makes about 40 pieces

Whisk the margarine until fluffy. Then stir in the brown sugar, followed by the quark. Add the flour and pudding powder and mix until smooth. Place small dumplings on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, preferably using a small teaspoon. Sprinkle the granulated sugar over the dumplings and bake in the oven at 200°C (180°C fan-assisted) for about 10-15 minutes, until the dumplings are lightly browned.
