Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg broccoli
- 300 ml water
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
- 500 ml milk
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some oil
- Salt
- pepper
- nutmeg

Cut the broccoli into florets, bring to a boil with the water and vegetable stock, and cook for about 15 minutes. Puree the broccoli. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a pan with a little oil. Then add the milk and heat. Add everything to the puree and puree again until creamy. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Tip: For a change, add 200g of cooked shrimp or diced tomatoes to the soup.
