  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 250 ml chicken broth, water and granulated broth if necessary
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • 30 g raw ham, e.g. Katenschinken

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Melt the butter, sauté the finely chopped onion and chopped or grated garlic cloves until translucent, then add the thinly sliced ​​chili pepper and sauté briefly. Peel and slice the potatoes, pour in the broth, and simmer for about 15 minutes until tender. Then mash with a potato masher. Add the crème fraîche, cheese, and shredded ham.
